Does Icetool sell nicotine pouches?

No. Icetool sells reusable cans and accessories for adults. Our cans are supplied empty; nicotine pouches are not included.

Which Icetool can should I choose?

Choose Mini Can for compact carry, Slim Can for a low profile, Tri Can for divided storage, or The Can for a separate catch lid for used pouches. Compare the dimensions and features on the product pages.

How many pouches fit in a can?

Capacity depends on the model and pouch size. Mini Can holds around 9 slim pouches. Check the individual product page for dimensions and capacity guidance; a fixed pouch count does not apply to every format.

How do I clean and care for my Icetool?

Gently hand wash plain metal parts with mild soap and water, then dry them before refilling. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth on leather and decorated surfaces; do not soak them. Avoid dishwashers, washing machines, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. Keys and other hard objects can scratch the finish.

What is the Portioner, and can its O-ring be replaced?

The original Icetool Portioner is a separate tool for loose snus, not for pre-portioned pouches. Its O-ring is replaceable. Follow the instructions on the relevant product page and contact us if you need help choosing a replacement.

What warranty does Icetool provide?

Icetool provides a limited two-year replacement warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse are excluded. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Where does Icetool ship, and what does delivery cost?

Delivery options depend on the destination. Free DHL GlobalMail is available on orders of 2 or more cans or Portioners where that service is offered; DHL Express is always paid. Can I return my order?
