Payment terms
New accounts start with prepayment. Established accounts may be approved for 30-day payment terms, subject to account review.
Production lead time
Wholesale orders are usually fulfilled through factory production, with a standard lead time of 4–6 weeks until dispatch. Shipping transit time is additional. Quantities are not limited to current warehouse stock. We confirm the dispatch schedule with your order.

Standard production takes 4–6 weeks until dispatch. We confirm the dispatch schedule, freight and payment terms before accepting your order.

How do trade prices and minimum quantities work?
The minimum is 100 units in total per order, for opening orders and reorders. Mix models and colours from your approved assortment. Trade prices, any product pack increments and volume breaks are shown after approval.
How are freight and payment handled?
Wholesale freight is confirmed for each order. New accounts start with prepayment; established accounts may be approved for 30-day payment terms following account review. Consumer free-shipping offers and subscriber promotions are excluded unless expressly agreed.
Can I reorder and access product information?
View accepted orders in your account and use the retailer ordering table to request a repeat factory order. Product specifications and images are linked alongside the table. Requests appear in your account after we create the Shopify order.
