FREE tracked DHL GlobalMail shipping when you order 2 or more items. The offer is applied automatically at checkout for destinations served by GlobalMail. No code is needed. Two units of the same item or a mix of items qualify.

DHL Express is always paid, including on orders of 2 or more items. Choose DHL GlobalMail at checkout to receive the free-shipping offer.

One-item orders

DHL GlobalMail costs €4–€7 excluding VAT, depending on destination. DHL Express costs €21–€48 excluding VAT. UK Express is €32 excluding VAT. Applicable VAT, available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

United States and Saudi Arabia

Orders to the United States and Saudi Arabia currently ship by DHL Express only. The free GlobalMail offer does not apply to these destinations. US Express starts at €38 excluding VAT; certain US territories cost €48. Saudi Arabia Express is €44 excluding VAT.

Temporary destination exceptions

Our previous shipping rates remain in place for Åland Islands, Estonia, Ascension Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Christmas Island, Western Sahara, South Georgia & South Sandwich Islands, Isle of Man, British Indian Ocean Territory, St. Martin, Norfolk Island, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Pitcairn Islands, Palestine, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tristan da Cunha, French Southern Territories, Tokelau, U.S. Outlying Islands, Wallis & Futuna while we confirm updated tariffs. These destinations currently retain free GlobalMail on one-item orders where available. The available services and final shipping cost are shown at checkout.

Processing, delivery and tracking

Orders are normally processed and shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays in Estonia. All shipments are tracked parcels. Delivery times depend on destination, service, customs processing and local delivery.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
